The Annual Meeting of the Bachelor-Benedict Club is usually held in November, generally after the completion of the social calendar. At this meeting officers are elected for the coming year, and business and procedural matters affecting the Club are discussed. Club officers report on the discharge of their responsibilities during the year, and the Auditing Committee verifies the financial status of the Club. The Budget Committee reviews the current financial status and presents a budget for the coming year. Requests for Members Emeritus and Honorary Membership are considered during this meeting.
